Terms of Service

1. Client Agrees to pay Landlord protection Service for each response including "no record" responses, to each request for search.

2. Client shall obtain from all prospective tenants, a waiver that permits inquiry into the prospective tenants credit, rental, and character reports.

3. Clients shall hold Landlord Protection Service harmless for any liability incurred as a result of the use of the information provided by Landlord protection Service.
